Agents of the Local Police of Cartagena, intervened on Tuesday after receiving notice from 112, warning of a traffic accident between a motorcycle, at the intersection of Ciclamen Street and Ecija Street, in the Concepción neighborhood.
In addition, firefighters from the Firefighting, Salvage and Civil Protection Service of the City of Cartagena and a Mobile Emergency Unit with personnel from the Emergency and Sanitary Emergencies Management 061 have also attended.
The events occurred at 8:00 am, when both vehicles collided at the intersection between both streets, resulting in the death of the driver of the motorcycle of about 40 years of age.
The driver of the tourism has been subjected to the legally established tests for the detection of alcohol and blood, by the Police Judicial Police unit of the Local Police of Cartagena, showing a negative result.
