On the occasion of the celebration of Halloween Night, on Tuesday, October 31, and All Saints' Day, on Wednesday, November 1, the Local Police of Cartagena will launch a special device reinforcing the number of agents.
In the first case, on Halloween Night, the reinforcements will focus on surveillance and control to prevent acts of vandalism and incivility.
Remember, in this sense, that the action of throwing eggs is not nonsense, since it may be a slight infraction to the Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, of Protection of Citizen Security, and that punishes the author that causes damage or the dimming of movable or immovable property of public use or service, as well as of movable or immovable property in the public thoroughfare, when they do not constitute a criminal offense.
This type of vandalism is punishable by fines of 100 to 600 euros, in the case of adults, and for minors, is a violation of the Criminal Law of Minors, in addition to the amount of money for the damage caused.
On the other hand, traffic surveillance will be strengthened at the cemetery accesses starting on Tuesday and until day 1, maintaining a device that guarantees road safety at the access points of the different cemeteries of the municipality.
The control and regulation of traffic will be carried out at the entrances to the cemeteries of Santa Lucia, San Antón, Canteras, Alumbres, Perín, Tallante, Los Puertos, San Isidro / La Magdalena, La Aljorra, Pozo Estrecho, La Palma, The Algar, San Ginés de la Jara and Los Belones.
