From this Tuesday the exhibition of the 'Route of cities and Entities of the Enlightenment', of the International Association of Cities and Entities of the Enlightenment Forum (AICEI), which is part of the program of activities and events of the 'XII Encuentro AICEI 2017. The illustrated city: Reformism and urban transformation' to be held in Cartagena this weekend, between Friday 26 and Sunday 28 October.
The first visitors of the exhibition were the delegated councilor of Culture, David Martínez, accompanied by the mayor of the opposition, Manuel Padín.
The exhibition will remain open during the next two weeks in the Room Subjective of the Palace Hall and whose explanatory panels have been given free of charge by the organizing association itself, which has the collaboration of the City of Cartagena for the celebration of this congress.
The objective of this exhibition is to show the most significant aspects and places of each entity and associated city related to this historical stage.
They all include a historical review and several images, as well as their location on the map.
Thus, cities and member entities of AICEI are represented in the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts of Spain and Portugal as well as Hispano-America such as Almacelles, Barcelona, ​​Cartagena, Covilhã, Es Castell, Ferrol's Forum of Enlightenment, Loggia Cultural Patrimony Management , Valencian Museum of Modern Art (MuVIM), New Guatemala of the Assumption, Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Carlos of Valencia, Royal Site of San Ildefonso, San Fernando, University of Cadiz, University of Coimbra and Vila Real de Santo António.
