Volunteers from the Implica2 program, from the Youth Department, Esther Sixto and Pablo Madrid, have developed the project Women Found, which will be presented on Wednesday, October 25, starting at 7:00 pm in Mister Witt Café.
The "Women Found" project seeks to create a space to encourage women to find themselves and others, to share stories and reflect, erase labels, and empower people.
The project includes the recording of a video, where nine interviews are conducted with nine women living in Cartagena.
"Women Found" aims to give visibility to the role of women in public, private and daily life, reinforcing the role they play in society, offering a space for reflection and revalorization regarding labels, roles and stereotypes associated with gender.
It also seeks to offer the women of Cartagena a way to share their vital project, giving shape and diffusion to their personal stories, to serve as a reference to other women and society in general.
