The Department of Decentralization has delivered the project for the new location of the Local Social Corner of Sumiedo.
The documents were delivered personally by the acting mayor, Juan Pedro Torralba, last October 18 at the Water Commission to meet the requirements of the Hydrographic Confederation of Segura.
"In 2015 we managed to respond to the demand of the neighbors with the installation of the prefabricated house and now we have managed to locate it in the exact place they want," said the acting mayor and head of the Decentralization Area .
This infrastructure was installed in the Plaza de la Iglesia, although the neighbors preferred another location that was discarded because of its proximity to the Rambla del Cañar.
"In a matter of a few months we will be able to install this module to its definitive location, thus fulfilling the desire of the residents of the Corner of Sumiedo and El Cañar," said Torralba.
This office, of 8 square meters, is equipped with electrical installation, chemical toilet for the disabled and access ramp.
It is also lined with wood to achieve a balance with the environment in which it is.
