The City Council of Cartagena has held a new meeting this Wednesday, October 11, in which several contracts have been awarded, such as the rental of portable toilets for 2018, various facilities for Fire Extinguishing Service and the supply of equipment for the City of Cartagena.
The meeting was chaired by the Councilor for Finance, Contracting and Heritage, Isabel Garcia.
Thus, to the contract for the rental of portable toilets in 2018, three companies have attended, of which it has been proposed the award to Cabisuar.
As for the rescue system with accessories for rescue operations in height, which will be addressed to the Fire Extinguishing Service (SEIS), and Civil Protection, two companies were presented.
Finally, it has been proposed the award to Levelinstrukta, SL, for a total amount of 10,216.27 euros.
In addition, the contract has been addressed to ensure the provision of chemical and biological risk protection equipment for the SEIS and Civil Protection.
It has been determined to make the award proposal in favor of DESUL, SL, for a total amount of 11,850.44 euros.
On the other hand, the furniture supply contract for the City of Cartagena received offers from two companies, which have ended in a tie, so that the Bureau will quote them in a meeting to undo this circumstance.

In addition, the Bureau has made progress in resolving other contracts that have remained at the expense of technical valuation in view of the possible existence of reckless casualties.
- Remodeling Alfonso XIII street in Los Dolores.
Five companies are participating in an action under the Sustainable Investment Plan of the City Council (ISA Plan), which will allocate 3.2 million euros for different works in the municipality thanks to the economic management led by the Councilor for Finance.
- The same plan integrates the conditioning of the Juan Paredes plaza in La Azohía, which has been presented eleven companies, and the provision of sanitation connections to solar located on Avenida Discovery of America, a tender to which have been attended by eight companies .
TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT
During the session on Wednesday, the digital files have been opened with the technical documentation of the batch contract for desktop personal computers and monitors for the Hon.
City council of Cartagena.
Lot I has been referred to: desktop personal computers and Lot II: monitors.
The proposals have been sent to the technical services, before proceeding to the opening of the economic offer.
In addition, it has opened the general administrative documentation and technical proposal of the four mercantiles that opt ​​for the tender, by open procedure, for authorization of occupation and installation in the center of the city for the celebration of a period market on days 3 , 4 and 5 November.
It has been referred to the technical services for its assessment, which is a prerequisite before opening the economic proposal.
