Thus, agents of the Local Police of Cartagena will ensure security and compliance with specific regulations on consumer and street vending, among others, as it is doing weekly in these markets.

For this reason, drivers are advised to plan their journeys during the day and to inform themselves of the location of the markets in relation to the street cuts.
