'The accountant of love' is the story of the most original love revenge ever told.
A plan drawn with exquisite intelligence by a brilliant woman, Diana, to which her husband, Augustine, confesses to have been unfaithful.
A marital vendetta designed, millimeter to millimeter, with the delivery and dedication of a masterpiece.
But designed ... not to destroy love, but to lengthen its life.
Ana Obregón, César Lucendo and Elías González star in this work which has been awarded the Molière Prize for Best French Comedy, a comedy written by the Tunisian Eric Assous ('Our Women') and adapted by Julián Quintanilla.
This piece will be performed next Wednesday, October 11 at 9:30 pm at the Teatro Circo Apolo in El Algar.
With the instinct of a wounding Amazon, but also of an elegant aristocrat, this Diana Huntress will launch all her weapons of woman, not only to recover the dignity that she thinks she lost without doing anything for it, but also to get away with a combat that is believed, from the beginning, a winner.
For this - and to the delight of the viewer - Diana and Augustine will make, before the public, love and war.
The attendants will be accomplices and spectators of a cold fight, where the bombs will be bathed in irony and the tanks will be phrases loaded with that humor that hurts but also heals.
The characters will go to the limit to try to reset the fragile accountant of his damaged relationship to zero.
And they will show, once again, that keeping the flame of love alive is, perhaps, the only battle that deserves to be won.
