A group of 89 people, belonging to the Association of Seniors of Eagles, visited this Friday Cartagena on an excursion that is part of the program of exchange of groups launched by the Area of ​​Economic Strategy headed by the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón .

This initiative aims to bring together the groups of the different municipalities and localities of the Region the main tourist attractions of the city.

During the day, the group from Aguilas visited, accompanied by the guides of Cartagena Puerto de Culturas some of its monuments such as the Barrio del Foro Romano, the Panoramic Lift or the Castillo de la Concepción, as well as the Torres Park and the Palacio Consistorial, where they received the mayor in office, Juan Pedro Torralba, and the first mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, who is on leave for his recent maternity but who was in the building visiting his colleagues.

The mayor of the city of Aguilas, María del Carmen Moreno, accompanied the 89 seniors who participated in this visit, which ended with a meal in a restaurant known as Calle Mayor.
