The Councilor for Finance, Isabel García, chaired this morning a meeting of the Recruitment Table of the City of Cartagena, which has been held in the administrative building of San Miguel.
At the meeting the administrative documentation and the economic proposal of various contracts have been opened, the process being at the expense of verifying if there are reckless or disproportionate casualties, before proceeding to the adjudications.
This has been the case of the conditioning of the roundabout of the walk of Alfonso XIII in his crossing with Captains Ripoll, to which nine companies have been presented.
Integrated in the Sustainable Investment Plan of the City Council (ISA Plan), the action includes the construction of a rectangular fountain, surrounding the submarine.
The rest of the roundabout will be filled with gravel to the necessary height, which will allow the drainage of its entire surface.
In the same way, the last layer of landfills, of vegetal land, will be enabled for the realization of garden.
Subsequently, there has been progress in the bidding for two works included in the Participatory Budgets of 2017.
One of them, the adaptation of the Castle of the Watchtower and its environment, Phase I, to which ten companies choose.
Through this project, the necessary actions will be carried out to protect the strength and its environment through general cleaning, disposal of equipment and organic matter.
There will also be collections of loose architectural elements and consolidation of deteriorated structures, by shoring and fences, preventing collapse of the same.
Likewise, the hollows will be covered with wood in canvases and flanks open by vandalism.
Finally, the cycle path on the road to Santa Ana, where nine companies compete.
The purpose of the contract is to define and evaluate the works necessary for the construction of a pedestrian or steep path and a bike lane on both sides of the road between the Urbanization of the Santa Ana Polygon and the intersection with the Siphon Road.
The action is justified by the current state of the site, very populated with large tree species, leaving a very limited space between the existing shoulder and the limit of the adjoining properties.
Likewise, in order to facilitate the transit of users, traffic regulations have been expanded near the Madrid Service Station.
In addition, a regulated pedestrian crossing with traffic light very close to the beginning of the path has been incorporated.
Similarly, in order to ensure the safety of users at the intersection with the Siphon road, a pedestrian / cyclist crossing is planned by means of a bright and intelligent pedestrian crossing.
To these works of the ISA Plan and the Participative Budgets, we must add those that are currently open to competition, such as the reorganization of road traffic and pedestrian access in the street of the Spanish Constitution with street Hogueras de San Juan and Calle Batalla del Albujón in the Albujón;
the construction of soccer field 11 of artificial grass in El Albujón and La Aljorra;
the renewal of the firm in the Alameda de San Antón, or the conditioning of the Juan Paredes square in La Azohía.
CONTINUES THE RECORD OF THE CLEANING SERVICE OF MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS
In relation to the contract of the service of cleaning of municipal buildings, once known the study of the report on the technical proposals, the envelopes have been opened with the economic offers.
It should be clarified that the tenders should arrive accompanied by the necessary documentation to justify in detail the cost of providing the service.
For this reason, prior to their acceptance, they must be submitted to the municipal services report, who will evaluate the economic viability of the service provision.
It is a mandatory and responsible action to ensure both the proper fulfillment of the object of the contract and the rights of workers.
MINOR CONTRACTS
The Bureau has opened the digital files with proposals from bidders who choose to award several smaller contracts:
Restoration of trees and irrigation in the square between Pantano Satomera street and Pantano Alfonso XIII street in El Carmolí.
They have chosen four companies, proposing the award to Ingeniería Natural Agua y Medio Ambiente, SL, being the mercantile one that greater percentage of unit discounts has offered.
Supply digital projector with destination Auditorium of the Cultural Center Ramón Alonso Luzzy, to Sonido Castellini, SL, the company that has been presented.
Public lighting for Junta Plana de Isla Plana, year 2017, Cartagena.
Four companies have attended.
The Bureau has proposed its award to Lumen Eléctricas, SL, the company that has exposed the best offer, and consider the Bureau that was not incursed in temerity.
Finally, the technical report has been studied, accepting the justification for the offers considered reckless or disproportionate in the contract for maintenance of fire protection in municipal buildings (2017 to 2021), proposing the award to Normatex Ingeniería Contra Incendios, SL, being the which scored best.
