The Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center hosted on Tuesday, September 26, the inauguration of the exhibition 'El Quijote acartonado' by the artist Petrus Borgia, which will be open to the public until October 20, and which was attended by the councilman of Culture, David Martínez.
The exhibition, organized by the Cervantes Commission 400 of the Region of Murcia and which is part of the celebrations of the fourth centenary of the anniversary of Miguel de Cervantes, includes different paintings, drawings and sculptures on the figure of Don Quixote.
Petrus Borgia is an architect and multi disciplinary artist.
He has been working on Cervantine and Quixotic themes for years, with an obsession that almost borders on the madness of promoting the greatest work of Hispanic literature.
Petrus considers Don Quixote to be stale and rusty because he does not read, and with his works tries to get him out of oblivion.
