The Finance Councilor, Isabel Garcia, presided this morning, in the administrative building of San Miguel, a new meeting of the Recruitment Table of the City of Cartagena.

Once the study of the technical reports on the justification of the offers considered disproportionate has been carried out, several proposals of adjudication have been determined.

Improvements of steel existing in Calle Trinidad de Los Mateos, to Construcciones María García Martínez, SL, for an amount of 14,986.63 euros plus VAT.

It is a performance framed in the Sustainable Investment Plan of the City Council (ISA Plan), the battery of actions articulated from Sustainable Development to respond to the main requirements of the neighbors and whose main focus is the districts and councils of the municipality.

Reform of 18 toilets in public schools in the municipality of Cartagena, to Ingeniería Natural, Agua y Medio Ambiente, SL, for an amount of 184,590.40 euros plus VAT.

This is an important initiative that abounds in the will of the local government to optimize the conditioning of buildings owned by the municipality for the adequate provision of services.

On the other hand, after the study of the evaluation report of the technical proposals, the digital archives have been opened with the economic offers related to the technical assistance for the revision of the strategic noise map of Cartagena, proposing the award to Acre Ambiental, SL , for an amount of 46,280.99 euros.

NOISE MAP

From the Quality of Life area of ​​the City of Cartagena, the renewal of the strategic noise map of the urban agglomeration of Cartagena is addressed, a mandatory procedure to be carried out on a five-year basis.

The updating of a text whose antecedents are focused on the European Directive 2002/49 / CE on Evaluation and Management of Environmental Noise, transposed to the Spanish legislation through the Law 37/2003 of the Noise and the Royal Decrees 1513/2005 and 1367/2007.

The strategic noise map of the urban agglomeration of Cartagena includes different sources of emission of noise pollution that are recorded in the city in relation to traffic, major roads, rail, air and maritime transport, as well as industrial activities.

It bifurcates in different ways of action in order to meet specific objectives: to know the exposure of the population to the different levels of noise with unified European criteria;

develop the necessary action plans to minimize noise levels in urban agglomeration (conflict zones) and to avoid degradation (quiet areas) and make available to citizens all the information on the strategic map and the noise levels to which they are located exposed.

OTHER PROPOSALS FOR AWARD

The Bureau has continued its work addressing the state of different tenders that have followed its process with the award proposals:

Restoration of the facade in Guillermo Villa, La Puebla, Ecovial Fresados ​​and Firmes, SL, for an amount of 5,413.50 euros plus VAT.

Supply of air conditioning equipment in Lo Campano's Local Social Room, to Zadisa Obras y Servicios, SL, for an amount of 5,985.20 euros plus VAT, considering the duly justified recklessness considered to be duly justified.

Public lighting for El Albujón Neighborhood Board, year 2017, to Lumen Eléctricas, SL, for an amount of 9,087.97 euros plus VAT.

Initial training course and the course of continuous training-renewal to obtain the certificate of professional aptitude (CAP) in drivers of the municipal staff.

Once the digital archive has been opened, its award has been proposed to Centro de Formación San Nicolás, SL, for an amount of 13,300 euros.

TECHNICAL SERVICES REPORT

Finally, the envelopes have been opened with the administrative and technical documentation of the contracts for archaeological maintenance and preventive restoration of archeological spaces of Cartagena (six companies concur), and supply of floats for Christmas and Kings 2017 - 2018. Proposals have been referred to the technical services for their assessment before proceeding to the opening of the technical proposal.

-Scycleable on the Santa Ana road in the TM of Cartagena, with a budget of 113,157, 82 euros.

Deadline: September 26th.

-Rounding of roundabout at Capitanes Ripoll crossing with Paseo Alfonso XIII, with a budget of 200.678, 94 euros.
