This Tuesday was held in Campamento Romano a coexistence for older people organized by several legions, including the Hispanic Auxiliary Infantry and the Mars and Minerva, through the Vocalia of the Solidarity Area of ​​the Federation of Troops and Legions.
Approximately a hundred old people and also members of the ONCE enjoyed a relaxed and fun day in which they performed all kinds of activities such as bingo, raffle or dance and also tasted a giant paella.
To this place, the Councilor for the Quality of Life Area, Francisco Calderón, the delegate councilor for Social Services and Social Mediation, Carmen Martín del Amor, and the ONCE administrative director in Cartagena, Miguel Paradise.
The elderly who enjoyed this initiative came from the homes that the Little Sisters of the Poor have in Murcia and Cartagena and also the day-care centers of El Algar and Los Dolores.
