"The heart dreamed of the promised land ..." 'Lost Steps' is a felt sensory experience where the public is invited to listen, to caress and to sniff out their own existential journey.
The assembly is a meeting with those steps that make every day thousands of people in the world to find their island of utopia, to nest in the land wherever their steps take you.
Exodus, emigration, the 'no-nothing', the 'nobody', look at them head-on and feel that they are, that they are and deserve a space in this big world where to dwell.
This function based on the sensorial theater, which will be run by the Madrid company 'Theater in the air' will be represented in four passes, at 19:30 and 22:00 on both Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September in the headquarters of UtOpÍa, located at number 19 of the street of the Blases (next to the Canteras road).
This is an adult show.
The four exhibitions have reduced capacity, so it is essential to formalize a reservation through the email cartagenautopia@gmail.com, where you can also request more information.
The required contribution will be 10 euros for the general public and 5 euros for UtOpÍa members.
THE COMPANY
'Teatro en el aire' is a sensorial theater company created by the Chilean artist Lidia Rodrguez 15 years ago.
His shows are a celebration of life and the pleasure of feeling and feeling alive, like the smell of a soft poem.
Entering the poetics of his shows is to open the doors to an indescribable world where to meet again the other, where to love and feel loved.
Where to recover that common fact that unites any human being.
The company has shown its works in the main festivals of our country and abroad.
Some of his experiences are: 'La cama', 'El secreto', 'El viaje de nadie', or 'La cantina', which the Cartagena public could enjoy last year at UtOpÍa, which this year hosts the national premiere of ' Passos perdidos', his last production, thanks to the support of the Ministry of Culture and the City of Cartagena.
