The students of the National Reference Center of Cartagena will be able to carry out non-labor practices in the training center of the Regional Federation of Metal Employers (Fremm) thanks to an agreement signed by the Ministry of Employment, Universities and Enterprise, through the Regional Service Employment and Training (SEF), and this entity.
Specifically, students of the 'Professional Training for Employment' specialty will be able to complete the 40-hour module of professional internships which includes this course in the classrooms and workshops that Fremm has in its facilities on Metal Street of Murcia.
Once they have passed each of the modules that make up the curricular program of this 380-hour course, the students obtain a certificate of level 3 professionalism, which trains and accredits them as trainers.
A certificate that is already compulsory for all training centers, academies, business associations and consultancies, whose teachers provide training courses for employment.
The only requirement that students must meet in order to qualify for this internship at the Fremm training center is to have previously passed the theoretical-practical part of the course.
These practices are not remunerated but are found within the compulsory curriculum of these teachings.
Alejandro Zamora, SEF's director general, said: "If we want to ensure that students have real contact with the labor market, while gaining professional experience in the areas in which they are forming, we must continue working the signing line agreements of collaboration with entities of all the productive sectors ".
Fremm's training offer focuses on specialties related to the metal sector, such as welding, automotive and mechanical manufacturing, as well as cold and heat installations, telecommunications and electricity, among others.
In its training center there are also language and computer courses.
