Business competition in the refurbishment of the Torres Park Auditorium will allow other complementary actions (13/09/2017)

The Councilor for Finance, Isabel Garcia, has chaired a new meeting of the Contracting Bureau.

During the event, which was held in the administrative building of San Miguel, the proposed award for the interior fitting of the Torres Park Auditorium has been carried out.

A total of six companies were interested in the execution of a contract whose proposal of award, once studied the possible existence of reckless casualties, has fallen to Mariano Conesa, SL, for a total amount of 84,403.32 euros, 43.73% on the initial budget (149,997.02).

CLEANING, MASONRY AND ELECTRICITY

The works will focus on improving different spaces such as dressing rooms, toilets and tiers.

This action will try to alleviate the deterioration that this site has suffered due to its abandonment over the years.

Among other actions, the steps, stage and steps will be cleaned.

In the same way, the tiling cloths that are in danger will be demolished.

As for masonry work, dressing rooms, stores, lockers, steps, steps or stage will be painted.

On the other hand, indicative signs will be installed, in addition to replacing the four existing doors in the exterior by doors of stainless steel with PVC wood.

The works will have a period of execution of one month and will be completed with tasks dedicated to improving the electricity in the installation.

PLANNED ACTIONS

The business competition has made possible a considerable reduction in the final amount of allotment in relation to the initial bid price.

This fact will cause that, with that economic item, can undertake other actions of significant draft.

Thus, the final phase is the drafting of a project to equip the garden of the Torres Park with fiber optics, security cameras, as well as the monitoring of the access doors.

Likewise, the replenishment of various plant species that have been lost will be undertaken.

PIONEER AGREEMENT

The Bureau has continued with the formulation of the proposal for the award of contracts for the maintenance of low voltage electrical installations in public publicly owned premises.

In particular, lots I (Sports) have been addressed;

II (social premises), and III (doctor's offices).

Lot I: Sports, Verifications and Electrical Services, SL, for an amount of 23,006.46 euros.

Lot II: Social Premises, to Verifications and Electrical Services, SL, for an amount of 25,411.30 euros.

Lot III: Medical offices to Elecnor, SA, for an amount of 11,644.92 euros.

The City of Cartagena fulfills a legal obligation with the tender, for the first time, of a contract of one year of duration that establishes periodic revisions (every six months), without prejudice to those that must be carried out in connection with the correction of anomalies found or other justified reasons.

Works include visual checks;

measurements;

as well as the verification of distribution lines;

the establishment of conduits and protection devices in cabins, warehouses and workshops, and the control over safety distances between electrical appliances and non-installation elements, among other issues.

WITHDRAWAL OF VEHICLES.

CRANE SERVICE

On the other hand, the Bureau has made a proposal for the awarding of the vehicle removal service (crane service), the comprehensive management of the municipal tank of vehicles, and the installation and removal of various temporary and portable traffic signaling material on the public highway from the municipality of Cartagena to Transportes Urbanos de Cartagena, SA, for a total of 2,059,504 euros.

This fact represents a saving of 10% on the maximum budget of licitation that was of 2,314,049,59 euros.

The service lasts four years.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND ECONOMIC OFFERS

Subsequently, the administrative and economic documentation of the material supply contract for the municipal brigades, in 2017, has been opened and divided into lots.

No. 1. Hardware material.

Two companies have opted, being awarded to Suministro de Cartagena, SL

No. 2.

Electricity material.

Two companies have opted for the tender, being awarded as winner Novelec Cartago, SL

Nº3.

Construction material.

Construcciones María García Martínez, SL has been the proposed company for the adjudication of a process that was attended by two mercantiles.

NEGOTIATED PROCEDURES AND MINOR CONTRACTS

The following award proposals have been made:

Repair of defects in low voltage installations - year 2017, to Sociedad Ibérica de Construcciones Eléctricas, SA, with an average discount offered of 42.05%.

The technical services have considered that the offer has been duly justified.

Adaptation and installation of children's games in Plaza José María Serrano of El Algar, to Parques Infantiles del Levante, SL, for a total of 6,303.75 euros.

Public lighting for the Neighborhood Board of Alumbres, year 2017, Cartagena.

The digital files submitted by the four bidding companies have been opened, with the proposed award in favor of Sociedad Ibérica de Construcciones Eléctricas, SA

Similarly, the digital archive of the company that has tendered for the transient maintenance of the air conditioning in municipal installations for the year 2017 has been opened, proposing the award to Regenera Levante, SL

Finally, in the Vista Alegre nursery access paving contract, the digital files presented by the four bidding companies have been opened.

At this point, a report has been requested to determine possible reckless or disproportionate casualties.
