In the morning of today and prior to the holding of the municipal plenary, the Councilor for Sustainable Development, José López (MC), explained once again the vision of the Cartagena formation on the Mediterranean Corridor and the inexcusable presence of Cartagena in the layout.
López explained that MC wants "the Mediterranean Corridor to be a true Mediterranean Corridor, we can not claim a branch to Cartagena." The Mediterranean Corridor must pass through the Mediterranean, through Cartagena, and if after that there are branches to Murcia or Lorca, which be done, but not the other way round, because that is to subtract the progress and future of the Region of Cartagena. "
The mayor of MC has drawn the attention of the citizens of Cartagena so that it knows the position of each party, "you will know who is limiting that Cartagena can reach twenty thousand jobs thanks to this infrastructure."
"The Mediterranean does not reach the city of Murcia, it reaches the city of Cartagena," concluded José López, showing how inexplicable would be the absence of Cartagena in the layout, as opposed to the presence of a city that is 50 kilometers of the natural port of the Region.
