The Treasury and Procurement Department of the City of Cartagena has tendered three contracts for works and supplies worth about 640,000 euros, which were published on Tuesday, August 29, in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) .
Specifically, these are the folds of the file for the construction of an artificial turf football field 11 at the sports facilities Luis Guarch de La Aljorra;
The repavimentación of the firm and car parks in the Alameda San Antón;
And the supply of floats for Christmas and Reyes.
The construction of the football field 11 in La Aljorra was one of the proposals that were chosen in the call for Participatory Budgets last year driven by the municipal areas of Finance and Contracting and Decentralization and Good Government, and responds to the demand Of sports facilities for children and young people in the cartagenera deputation.
The project contemplates the creation of an artificial turf football field 11 and the marking inside of two football 7.
The contract has an estimated value of 271,497.92 euros and a maximum execution period of four months from the day following the verification of the stakeout of the work.
The guarantee period will be one year from the reception or conformity.
Proposals must be submitted to the Registry of the Contracting Authority, which is located at Calle San Miguel, before 2:00 p.m. on September 13.
The award will be made in ordinary procedure by open procedure.
On the other hand, within the Financially Sustainable Investment Plan of the City of Cartagena, promoted from the municipal government with a surplus in the municipal accounts, BORM has also published this morning the announcement for the resurfacing of the firm and parking in Alameda de San Anton in Cartagena, which is one of the main arteries of the city.
The parking lot, according to the document, is deteriorated in some areas, in addition to some sections of the road, where there have been subsidence due to exhaustion and loss of the base of the firm.
This, along with the wear and tear of horizontal signage in many sections of the avenue, justify the repair contemplated in the project.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to 314,664.92 euros, with a maximum execution period of two months and a warranty period of one year from the provisional reception of the hours until final reception.
The award of the contract will be made through regular processing by open procedure.
Proposals must be submitted to the Registry of the Contracting Authority before 14.00 on 25 September.
Finally, the supply of floats for the campaign of Christmas and Kings will also be carried out in ordinary procedure by open procedure.
The supply that is requested has two groups, one for thematic floats of Christmas and children and another of floats and thrones for the Three Kings of the East.
The estimated value of this contract is 50,000 euros and has an execution period that will run from December 1, 2017 to January 9, 2018, inclusive.
Proposals must be submitted to the Registry of the Contracting Authority until 2 pm on 13 September.
