The Museum of the Roman Theater of Cartagena, whose patronage is made up of the Autonomous Community, the City Council and the Cajamurcia Foundation, starts its programming in September with the family activity 'Scipio versus Hannibal, the battle continues' Of the celebrations of Carthaginians and Romans, that will take place from the 15 to the 24 of September.
From September 2 will be held every Saturday of this month this activity that aims to publicize the most relevant events of the Second Punic War and the history of its protagonists, Hannibal and Scipio, as well as one of the most emblematic buildings of The Roman city, the Theater, which rose in the days of Augustus.
During these days, starting at 11:00 hours, the children will be part of a troop or a legion, and celebrate the triumph at the Teatro Romano in Cartagena.
For the accomplishment of this activity, the organizers will lend the clothing for the setting of the historical facts that will be recreated.

Theater Night
Along with this initiative, the Museum of the Roman Theater also hosts on Saturday, September 2, at 9:00 pm, the nightly theatrical visit 'Aulaeum, down the curtain', in which the character of the Roman architect Vitruvius will offer a vision Of the most emblematic work promoted by Augustus in the old Carthago Nova.
