The City of Cartagena has convened the competition to cover 102 fire stations by the internal promotion system, C1 work scale.
Specifically, the text, published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) on Monday, August 7, provides for the provision of 15 places for fire department and 87 places for firefighters.
The bases, which can be consulted on the bulletin board of the Town Hall website, state that candidates must present their merits in the competition phase, not eliminatory, and overcome an opposition phase consisting of two exercises, eliminations and Compulsory, consisting of a 50-question test and the resolution of a practical case concerning the functions of the position.
With the publication of the bases to cover the indicated posts, the public employment offer was approved, approved by the City Council of Cartagena on December 17, 2015 and published in the BORM on February 20, 2016. It also deals with a historical claim of the Cartagena Fire and Rescue Service to ascend to the professional category C1 in cases that contemplate the law, matching its situation to that already applied in most municipalities.
