The Association of Merchants of Los Belones, ACOBE, organizes with the collaboration of the City of Cartagena the V edition of Shopping Night, which is celebrated this Saturday, August 5, and this year has seen a significant increase in the number of participating establishments, 35 to 51, between shops, bars and restaurants.

The mayor and head of the Economic Strategy Area, Ana Belén Castejón, presented Thursday, accompanied by Victoria López, ACOBE, this event is held in the summer season to serve as a claim by taking advantage of the stay of tourists and visitors.

To this end, the establishments that add to the Shopping Night will expand their hours, from 20.00 to 2.00 hours shops, and from 20.00 to 4.00 hours bars and restaurants, offering discounts of up to 70 Percent, which makes it even more attractive.

In addition, the streets will also be livened up, with music and activities for the little ones, which will have an incentive, and is that one of the participating stores, give gifts to children who accompany their parents shopping.

As for the collaboration of the town hall, this year has increased with improvements in inflatables, sound and stage, an effort that, according to Ana Belén Castejón, will be worth it as it will serve to boost the small traditional trade, one Of the objectives that we set ourselves from the area of ​​Economic Strategy.

Finally, Victoria López highlighted another novelty, and is that in the parking area of ​​the Calle Mayor de Los Belones, you can see an exhibition of old cars, specifically models of 600.
