During the meeting, the administrative and economic documents were opened, all offers being referred to the technical services.
The following contracts will follow the same procedure: conditioning of sidewalks in Trovero Marín street, which is chosen by twelve companies and belongs to the sustainable investment plan of the City Council, which will allow the paving of several sections of Trovero Marín street, as well as the replacement of the wall Of contention of the garden, counting on a bidding budget of 206,658.16 euros;
Conditioning of sidewalks in Barrio Peral and San Felix, which has twelve offers, also the sustainable investment plan, with a budget of 93,509.07 euros for five streets in these neighborhoods;
Internal conditioning of the Torres Park, by which six companies bid, being valued the works in 149.997,02 euros in different spaces like dressing rooms, toilets and tiers;
Reform of toilets (ground floor and first) of the Park of Firemen in Road of the Union (n-332), km 1,2 (Cartagena) - they choose seven companies;
Conditioning of sidewalk in Two Huertos street in El Algar - choose nine companies -: supply of air conditioning equipment in Lo Campano Local Social Hall - choose six companies -;
Adaptation and installation of children's games in José María Serrano square in El Algar - two companies opt -;
Repair of defects in low voltage installations, year 2017, - choose three companies.
Adjudications
Likewise, the proposal for the award of the contract for the supply of tetra terminals for the Local Police of Cartagena to Teditronic SL, for an amount of 378, 75 euros / terminal (saving close to 50% in each one) was made.
Likewise, Lumen Eléctricas SL will be responsible for running the underground low voltage line in the Cartagonova esplanade, for € 13,175.94 plus VAT, assuming a saving of 26.68% over the bidding budget.
The technical assistance for the physical chemical characterization, risk analysis and proposals for corrective measures on the public school grounds of El Llano del Beal will be carried out by LABAQUA SA, for 6,230 euros plus VAT (saving of 41.39% on the bidding budget ).
On the other hand, after the opening of the administrative and economic documents of the three offers that opted for the maintenance of telecommunications facilities of the Hon.
City Council of Cartagena, the adjudication to Emurtel SA has been resolved, with a percentage of discount of 12.62% on the bidding prices.
For the supply and installation of the minimum material of voice and data for the Palace of Sports has been awarded such service to Telecomunicaciones de Levante SL, for 49,888.89 euros.
