The first deputy mayor and councilor of the Sustainable Development area, José López, visited the Local Social of Santa Ana Pueblo Wednesday to inform the representatives of different neighborhood groups and neighborhood associations, including the president of the Association of Neighbors , Juan Diego Cánovas, on the project for the construction of a pedestrian path and bike lane in the old N-301, in the section between the access to the urbanization of Santa Ana and the vicinity of the path of Siphon XIV.
This action, one of the projects chosen by the neighbors through the participatory budgets, will guarantee the safety of those who cross the lateral strips of the road, very frequented due to the proximity between Santa Ana Pueblo and the Santa Polígono.
The works to be carried out must contain the following characteristics: pedestrian or steel path with a length of approximately 1,100 meters;
Cycle track with an approximate length of 1,100 meters;
Adaptation of lighting on both sides with luminescent stakes, at two heights, as well as the adequacy of spaces respecting the existing trees.
The works, which will be put out to bid in the coming weeks, have an execution period of three months and are valued at 113,157 euros (VAT included).
