The Association of Friends of the Municipal Archaeological Museum 'MVSAEDOMVS' has convened the II Photography Competition 'Antonio Acosta Hernández', in tribute to the first president.

The subject of the snapshots should be the archaeological heritage of the entire Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, with the aim of spreading the extraordinary historical, cultural and aesthetic values ​​of the Archaeological heritage that treasures our region.

Photographs submitted may be in color or black and white and must be sent before October 20 to the Municipal Archaeological Museum of Cartagena "Enrique Escudero de Castro" Calle Ramón y Cajal 45 - 30204 Cartagena, in a sealed envelope in which only Will indicate the name of the photograph, while in another envelope with the same name of the work will include personal data.

The submitted works must comply with a series of technical characteristics that are indicated in the bases attached to these lines.

Three prizes have been established for the contest: the winner will get 500 euros and a sculpture by Fernando Sáez de Elorrieta, the second prize is endowed with 300 euros, while the third prize is 100 euros.

The works presented will be exhibited in an exhibition organized by the convening association within the Municipal Archaeological Museum 'Enrique Escudero de Castro'.
