The mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, and the Councilor for Decentralization, Juan Pedro Torralba, visited this Monday, July 31, the new park that has been built in Cabo de Palos, at the entrance of the coastal town, in the Amaranto street, and in which have invested about 20,000 euros.
Thus, were 19,761.99 euros required for the adequacy of this park, which constituted a demand of the neighbors to the City of Cartagena.
In this way, the mayor and the mayor of Decentralization have been interested in the result this new facility for children's leisure that can be used by neighbors and visitors of the area.
The works have included the installation of cushioning pavement a metal fence that will protect the small ones against the road traffic, while they have been placed several rockers, springs and a tobogán, all animal themed, and an informative cartel.
