The free activity 'A patrimony of cinema' has been installed since yesterday, Thursday 27 July, and throughout the day today Friday, 28, in the coastal town of Mar de Cristal, with the aim of spreading the cultural and natural heritage Of the Region through the cinema of summer and games of virtual reality in this beach cartagenera.
The activity includes a touring tent that houses several activities produced by the Integra Foundation and includes games with virtual reality glasses on the region's heritage and a cinema area where documentaries on regional heritage are projected uninterruptedly. Add up to 40 hours of projection.
Thus, those who pass through the tent can enjoy the film 'Carthago Nova', a feature film of digital animation that transports the viewer up to the first century AD and shows, through characters and a fictitious plot, one of the most important cities Of Hispania.
In addition, several shorts and documentaries on the old cathedral of Santa María and posidonia, as well as other themes such as the railway system, the tower houses of the Region, the defensive naval system of the Austrias and The mining town of La Unión.
The initiative is completed with a tent of more than 24 square meters that has a virtual reality area in which visitors will have two games;
