The delegate councilor for Finance, Contracting and Heritage, Isabel García, chaired this morning, in the administrative building of San Miguel, a new meeting of the Recruitment Table of the City of Cartagena, meeting in which the opening of The administrative and technical documentation of the eight companies that opt ​​for the cleaning service of municipal buildings, sending that information to the technical services for their evaluation.
It is worth remembering that the previous contract dates from the year 2012 and ended in October 2016, reason why it is necessary to conclude a new procedure of adjudication on this service.
Likewise, the Contracting Bureau has submitted to the technical services the technical proposals of the four bidding companies for the audit contract and maintenance of data protection according to current legislation and updating of the security document of the City of Cartagena, as well as the multiannual maintenance of The fire protection facilities in municipal buildings (2017 to 2021), to which three companies choose.
On the other hand, the Councilor for Contracting, Isabel García, has also released the decision of the Central Administrative Court of Contract Resources that dismisses the appeal filed by a company against the specifications of the contract for cleaning public schools (2017-2020 ).
In this way, the suspension of the procedure has been lifted in accordance with Article 47.4 of the Consolidated Text of the Public Sector Contracts Act (TRLCSP).
In this sense, the municipal government has expressed its satisfaction as this resolution supports the commitment expressed during the current legislature to ensure the labor rights of workers who provide this service, an aspect that must be independent of the company that is awarded this contract.
AWARDS
In another order of things, the Mesa has awarded the supply and installation of a biosaludable playground in a park between Camino Los Garcías and Sophocles streets of Cartagena to Parques Infantiles del Levante SL, for an amount of 6,479.10 euros.
A total of six companies have submitted their bids for this contract which has followed a telematic procedure.
Likewise, it has been awarded the conditioning of municipal plots to Jumabeda SL, obtaining a discount percentage of 23% over the bidding budget.
Finally, it has been proposed the award of the service of creation and maintenance of the computer application for presentation of economic, budgetary and statistical information within the Transparency Portal of the website of the City of Cartagena to the mercantile Government.
