The City Council of Cartagena has six new homes to cede in a scheme of social rent to families in need of the municipality after completing the rehabilitation of four floors in Los Belones and two other homes in the Strait of San Ginés.
The mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, and the delegate councilor of Social Services and Social Mediation, Carmen Martín del Amor, accompanied by several technicians of this Council, visited this Tuesday to verify the finish of the same before award .
About 75 families choose to allocate one of these six new social housing units.

Carmen Martín del Amor, meanwhile, has announced that both from its council and the local Executive will continue to rehabilitate real estate to be used for social rent.
