The collaboration between ACCEM and the Department of Social Services of the City of Cartagena has allowed 65 people from the Virgen de la Caridad neighborhood have participated in the program Accempleo 2.0, which aims to improve the employability of people at risk of social exclusion .
The Councilor for Social Services and Social Mediation, Carmen Martín, was in charge of delivering the diplomas of this program that began in July 2016 and has been very satisfied by the great acceptance of the project.
The mayor thanked ACCEM for its work in the most difficult neighborhoods of the municipality.
During this year, students have received training in social skills;
Basic skills in active job search;
computing;
Reception and Customer Service;
Prevention of occupational hazards and restaurant and bar skills.
In addition, through individualized socio-labor insertion itineraries, they have received comprehensive social care, job counseling, job intermediation and job monitoring.
The European Social Fund (ESF) and the Instituto Murciano de Acción Social (IMAS) also participated in this project.
