This morning it has been known that opposition groups in the Regional Assembly have rejected the project of reform of the Statute of Autonomy, promoted by the PP, which sought to enable CARM to assume the powers in Costas to the detriment of the State.
In this sense, MC welcomes the position of the opposition groups, which, in the words of the spokesman of the Carthaginian municipal group, Francisco Calderón, curbs "the traps of the PP in the reform of the Statute."
MC already stood against this pretension of the Popular Party in the municipal Plenary of the past June 30, through the mayor María José Soler, who invited the popular to "take off the masks, since you want to continue fattening your devices Of party, stripping the State of competencies to assume them without decentralizing, on the contrary, to centralize in a smaller place ".
Calderón has lamented that "the PP has tried, in this express reform and the charter of the Statute, skip great issues for the future of all such as biprovincialidad and other statutory issues that would really serve to vertebrate and improve the region as the comarcalización. Precisely, this entity could assume, by optimizing resources and knowledge of reality, powers such as those now claimed by the PP in case of being ceded by other administrations.
The spokesman of the municipal group MC recalled that the formation cartagenerista defends a reform of the Statute that "respects the solidarity, bet by the administrative decentralization and, in short, serves to improve the service to the citizen".
