The Board of Recruitment of the City of Cartagena has held this morning a new meeting, in the administrative building of San Miguel, under the chairmanship of the delegate councilor for Finance, Contracting and Patrimony, Isabel Garcia.
During the session, the Bureau has been informed of the economic proposals of the eleven companies that opt ​​for the maintenance of the municipal schools of Cartagena. The documentation will be sent to the municipal technicians for the final assessment, which will take into account both the technical and economic scores.
This contract, which follows the emphasis on high business participation promoted by Isabel García during the current legislature, is intended to maintain, adapt, refurbish, repair, improve and maintain children's schools in the municipality, including those buildings and constructions aimed at Use.
It also covers the treatment of exterior surfaces, the removal of architectural barriers and enclosing fencing.
AWARDS
Likewise, the Bureau has determined the awarding of electrical, electronic and event attendance at the El Batel Auditorium to the company Regenera Levante SL, with a discount rate of 8% on bid prices.
On the other hand, the restoration of the building of the Neighborhood Association of Los Mateos has been awarded to Construcciones María García Martínez SL, for an amount of € 10,449.76 plus VAT, representing a saving of 36.47% over the bidding budget (€ 16,451.13).
