During the morning of yesterday, agents of the Local Police of Cartagena imparted an informative talk directed to the military personnel of the Center of Dive of the Navy of Cartagena (CBA).
Through this initiative that is part of the Conference on Operational Safety and Risk Prevention organized by the CBA, military stay personnel have known about legislation and basic elements of circulation that affect their daily work.
In particular, in the provisions of Royal Decree 1428/2003 of 21 November, approving the General Circulation Regulation for the application and development of the text of the Law on traffic, motor vehicle traffic and road safety, Approved by Royal Legislative Decree 339/1990, of March 2, as well as the deepening of the crimes against the Security provided in the Penal Code.
This activity reinforces the cooperation and collaboration between both organizations aimed at the safety of our port city.
