The Municipal Swimming Pozo Estrecho hosted this Monday, June 26, the traditional Competition Interpiscine Schools of Swimming, organized by the Department of Sports of the City of Cartagena and which brought together 120 swimmers between 4 and 17 years who practice this Sport in the different non-federated schools of the municipality of Cartagena.
The children and young participants are students of the Municipal Swimming Pool of La Aljorra, Miralmonte Pool, Municipal Indoor Swimming Pool, Youth House Pool, Mediterranean Sports Center and Pool of Narrow Well.
In addition, there was an exhibition by swimmers of Pozo Estrecho federated in the Club of Swimming Torre Pacheco.
The competition consisted of a circuit of 25 meters for the smallest children, 50 meters and 100 meters freestyle, plus a relay competition.
The day was completed with the delivery of medals to all participants as a memorial, as well as a trophy to each of the top three in each category.
The delivery of medals was attended by the president of the Federation of Swimming Region of Murcia, Richard Martinez Lorca.
