The Training Program for Seniors of the Department of Social Services and Social Mediation has closed the workshop Vive y Danza, which has involved a total of 40 people.
The workshop is based on a method of rhythmic conditioning and personal that manages to combine life with dance and offer the elderly an alternative to feel, de-stress, recreate, learn, but especially to be, becoming an excellent alternative to exercise And acquire the tools to successfully face everyday challenges.
Thus, during the course there have been relaxation exercises, dance movements and various musical genres have been worked, ranging from the most natural and relaxing sounds, to salsa, rumba, merengue, bolero and tango rhythms.
Along with movement and body expression, we have worked out the situations and needs that can occur in daily life, reflecting and contributing to their resolution, so that physical and emotional exercise is achieved.
