The area of ​​Sustainable Development, directed by Councilman José López, already has in service the first electric vehicle of the municipal mobile park.

López, accompanied by the general coordinator of Sustainable Development, Jesus Giménez, and municipal technicians, met this morning the benefits of this car that symbolizes the commitment of the municipal government for sustainability, efficiency and the environment.

The car, model Nissan Evalia, is 100% electric, has seven seats, has a range of 170 kilometers and is intended for municipal inspection services in the area of ​​Sustainable Development.

There are already two recharging points fixed in the parking of San Miguel and in the Municipal Mobile Park, and others are expected to be incorporated soon.

Similarly, Sustainable Development has among its forecasts that the inspection service, gradually and according to budgetary availability, offers its service through electric vehicles, especially in the urban environment, so that new acquisitions are expected in coming years.
