Staff of the Department of Sustainable Development, directed by José López, were in the early hours of this morning a preventive pruning of branches in the ficus of the square of San Francisco to avoid the danger of fall that present with sudden changes in temperature.

This is a regular and scheduled action, which is working well.

In particular it has been acted on one of the branches located on the kiosk of the square, that has been lightened of weight.

Recently it was also acted with preventive character in the ficus of the place of Spain.

For the accomplishment of the tasks, the operators have been helped of a crane to reach the branches located to greater height.
