The mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, presided this morning his first Local Government Board, after the mayoral relief, in which he has noticed the decrees of appointment of lieutenants of mayor, members of the junta, areas of Government and municipal delegations.
Castejón explained in a subsequent appearance to the meeting, the appointment of José López, as the first deputy mayor, with the appointment of deputy mayor.
The second deputy mayor will be Juan Pedro Torralba;
The third, Francisco Calderón;
The fourth, Ricardo Segado;
And Francisco Aznar, the fifth, to be released in this role.
The members of the Governing Board will continue to be, the mayor along with the area councilors, Jose López, Juan Pedro Torralba, Francisco Calderón, Ricardo Segado, and Francisco Aznar, who will also remain its secretary.
The areas of government and delegations and their officials will remain as before, specifying that the Area of ​​Economic Strategy, which will continue to be directed by Ana Belén Castejón, will have a delegated signature in Juan Pedro Torralba (markets) and Francisco Aznar (sale walking);
And that Jose López, will assume the delegations of the area of ​​Sustainable Development.
The Governing Board has also maintained the current bi-weekly periodicity of the sessions, as well as the composition of the Recruitment Bureau that will continue to be presided over by Isabel García, and will have as an alternate to Francisco Aznar.
The mayor also explained that according to the pact signed on June 13 between PSOE, MC and CTSSP, the number and characteristics and remuneration of temporary staff, with the normal changes in terms of people, remain unchanged, since Juan Luis Martínez, happens to be director of the Cabinet of Mayoralty;
While Mar Gómez is maintained as coordinator of Institutional Relations and Press;
And Ángel Tarifa, as coordinator of Communication and Transparency.
The former director of the Cabinet of Mayor's Office, Jesús Giménez Gallo, will take up the position of general coordinator of Sustainable Development, although his salaries must be approved by the full Corporation.
Ana Belén Castejón has reiterated that these appointments are within the agreement between PSOE, MC and CTSSP, since, as conditioned the agreement, do not suppose an increase in the salary allocated.
