As one of his last activities before making his resignation effective, the mayor of Cartagena, José López, received Monday, June 19, the outgoing and incoming colonels of the General Air Academy (AGA), Juan Pablo Sánchez de Lara and Miguel Ivorra Ruiz, respectively.
It was an institutional visit prior to the relay that will take place on July 7 and after which Ivorra will hold the leadership of the AGA over the next 3 years.
The meeting dealt with the state of relations between the two institutions, very cordial and productive in the last years, and the future of the same.
This collaboration not only translates into institutional aspects, "said Sánchez de Lara," but also in support of the training of AGA students in Engineering, led by the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena;
And in different activities and events.
After the meeting, which took place in the Mayor's Office of the Consistorial Palace, the mayor has made a short tour of the dependencies of the municipal building next to Ivorra and Sanchez de Lara.
