The Minister of Transparency, Participation and Spokesperson, Noelia Arroyo, attended today the presentation of the poster of the XXVIII edition of the celebrations of Carthaginians and Romans, in Cartagena, to be held between 15 and 24 September.

On this occasion, the winner of the contest that each year convenes the Federation of Troops and Legions has been the cartageneroAngel Mateo Charris.

Arroyo said that the poster symbolizes "the joy of the party, the Cartagena's character as a camp and those historic recreations that filled our city every September for more than a quarter of a century." Regional Government we are supporting its declaration as a festival of International Tourist Interest ".
