For two days, Wednesday and Thursday, the different heads and union representatives of the City of Cartagena have participated in a seminar on job analysis, which has taken place in the facilities of the UPCT in the former CIM.

The seminar, promoted by the Department of Interior and Human Resources, directed by Francisco Aznar, has aimed to explain the project of analysis and assessment of the new employment relationship to be developed and agreed with the unions, through Of the awarded company, Public Management Consultants, whose managers have given the seminar.

Also during these days the 1,400 municipal public employees have filled out a questionnaire on the job that occupies each one of them, which will serve as the basis for the elaboration of a new organizational chart of the municipal staff.

Within the scope of this initiative is the modernization of the Town Hall's staff structure and its adaptation to more flexible and effective organizational formulas that also promote the professional career of municipal officials.
