The Councilor for Decentralization, Juan Pedro Torralba, visited the Los Nietos and his Yacht Club this morning, where he met with the new general director of the Mar Menor, Antonio Luengo, as well as the president of the club and representatives of the different neighborhood groups of the location.
During the visit they have visited the environment of the Yacht Club to check the state of the waters and have undertaken to study the removal of the ova from the surface, always according to the criteria of the Scientific Advisory Committee, although from the past April 30 you can not do any cleaning on the seabed.
In addition, the heads of both administrations have assured that a study is being prepared so that, once the summer season is over, the sludge deposited in the bottom can be eliminated, according to the specifications of the members of the committee of the Mar Menor .
