For his part Javier Escarabajal Secretary General of We Cartagena explained the analysis made by the Citizen Council party mostly support the agreement, so Escarabajal pointed out the different scenarios as a consequence of a yes or no to the investiture highlighting that " Would lead to a very weak government of Citizen Movement pending an easy censorship motion in addition to the continuity of a mayor who practices conservative populism and continuous conflict in all his actions "
