The City of Cartagena already has the authorization to begin the construction of a football field 11 with artificial turf in La Palma.
This has been possible after the signing of the land swap agreement in the locality of the mayor, José López, before a notary public.
This will materialize the proposal voted by the neighbors in the Participative Budgets, and will join the installation of artificial grass in the fields of the Virgen de la Caridad and José María de la Puerta, which will be equipped in the coming weeks, As well as La Aljorra and El Albujón.
GOVERNANCE BOARD AGREEMENT
On May 5, the local Government Board approved the exchange of land with a company in La Palma, so that the City Council had adequate space for the construction of an artificial turf football field 11 in this town.
The aforementioned permuted land is located in the Industrial Area of ​​La Palma, the private land used for sports equipment, while the City Council is intended for industrial use.

Councilor for Sports, Ricardo Segado, has ensured that with this agreement "we have met a historic demand of the neighbors of La Palma who practice sports on a regular basis."
