The Department of Decentralization of the City of Cartagena, directed by Juan Pedro Torralba, is collaborating with the Neighborhood Association La Ermita de Los Belones in the management of the passes to Calblanque, for which, OMITA keeps open the days of processing the From 5 to 8 June.
