Agents of the Local Police of Cartagena for Citizen Security arrested with the help of witnesses a 37-year-old man who had stolen the bag from a woman in the Plaza de Alicante, using the pull procedure.

The agents were warned by a citizen who had seen three people behind an individual who had just made a pull and had fled.

Thanks to this the agents managed to locate and detain the person involved, who was read the rights that attended and was instructed the corresponding police proceedings.
