The Cartagena Speed ​​Circuit organizes and hosts from June 9 to 11 the III Circuit Cartagena Bikers Club Trophy, a sports event in which 160 drivers from all over the Spanish geography will participate and that is scoring for the Regional Speed ​​Championship in Super Stock 600 and 1000.
The Councilor for Sports, Ricardo Segado, and the manager of the Circuit Velocity Cartagena, Juan José Rios, presented the event Wednesday.
During the weekend, the circuit will also be the scene of one of the tests of the National Championship Inescuelas, in which 50 children from all over Spain will run the Kawasaki Cup in 65 cc and 80 cc.
Parallel to the motor competitions, the days will have various leisure activities, with music and concerts and a barbecue.
It will be on Friday nights and Saturday when there will be performances and DJ's.
The entrance and the camping will be totally free.
Also, an emotional tribute will be paid to the pilot Pedrogeno, one of the best that has given the port city.
This runner participated in countless tests of the Corpus Trophy and was champion of Spain Junior of 125 cc in the year 1982. From now on the first curve of this circuit will take its name.
