The Teatro Romano de Cartagena has organized a series of activities with different guided tours and nightly theatrical visits, which start this same Saturday, June 3, and will be extended during weekends throughout the month.
Thus, the nocturnal visits to the Roman theater will begin on Saturday June 17 with the theatrical visit 'Aulaeum, down the curtain', at 9:30 pm, in which the Roman architect Vitruvius will offer his vision of the theater.
At the end of the trip the audience will meet again with the classical theater of the hand of Plautus.
The following Saturday, June 24, there will be guided tour 'The theater under the light of the Moon', in which the visitor will make a nocturnal visit to the most emblematic work promoted by Augustus in the ancient Carthago Nova.
The trip allows to live in first person, in a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere, a tour that begins in the Museum of the Roman Theater with a guide, with a small group of people who will discover the keys of the Roman civilization, to finish In the archaeological jewel of the Roman Theater under the light of the moon, also at 21:30 hours.
On the other hand, in collaboration with Cartagena Puerto de Culturas, every Saturday in June at 12.00 hours will be made the theatrical route 'Indiana Jones and one of Romans'.
This route begins at the Civil War Refuges, where the film exhibition 'Lumière, the invention of a dream' will be visited in which Dr. Jones will begin his new film shoot, climb the Panoramic Elevator looking for scenes of films and You will reach the Museum of the Roman Theater.
These theatrical visits, which will begin this Saturday, June 3, will follow the next 10, 17 and 24 June.
Also, on Sunday Sundays, at 11:30 am, the route 'Carthago Nova Imperial: Theater and Temples' arrives.
It is a guided tour starting at the Roman Theater and continuing through the Roman Forum, where attendees will know the splendor of the Roman city of Carthago Nova.
The visit will allow you to visit the Roman Theater, the Forum Quarter, the thermal baths and the Temple dedicated to Isis and Serapis.
The route begins at 11:30 in the Museum of the Roman Theater and will be held on Sundays 4, 11, 18 and 25 June.
