Once released, the same driver was surprised at 2:30 am by local police officers in the vicinity of the Mediterranean Urbanization, while driving the vehicle of a family member.

That same morning another driver was instructed two errands to drive under the influence of alcohol at the wheel.
In this case, the 41-year-old driver was seen by agents on Queen Victoria Street, as the vehicle was bumpy in the middle of the road with a broken wheel.
The agents proceeded to carry out the relevant test for alcohol detection, which had a positive result so he had to be detained to instruct him on the spot police investigations as well as the removal of the vehicle and its subsequent transfer to the municipal depot.
The driver showed up at police stations at the Cartagena Security Park at 5:30 am, with the intention of being able to pick up his vehicle, using a vehicle from a relative for transportation, even showing signs of being under the influence of alcoholic beverages .
The agents proceeded to perform the tests again for the detection of alcohol in expired air, returning to be the positive result, exceeding the rate of 0,60 mg / l, reason why they had to re-instruct him to police investigations by the Criminal acts
