The Sala Levante of the Faculty of Enterprise Sciences of the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT) hosted this Wednesday, May 24, the inauguration of the exhibition of the works that have been carried out throughout the course 2016-2017 in The workshops of the Department of Equality.
Around 130 people have participated in these formative activities of restoration of furniture, upholstery, patchwork, painting, textile painting and bolillo.
The works began in the month of October and have been carried out in the workshops of the Industrial Estate and in the municipal units of La Milagrosa.
Thus, the Councilor for Equality, David Martinez, was in charge of inaugurating the show, after which he walked along the route with the participants in these workshops, who explained his works to the mayor and the audience.
The exhibition can be visited until next Monday, May 29, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
