The Administrative Building of San Miguel has hosted this morning, under the chairmanship of the Councilor for Finance, Contracting and Patrimony, Isabel García, a new meeting of the Recruitment Table of the City of Cartagena.
During the session, the Bureau made the proposal for the award of the contract for Life and Accident Insurance to SURNE, following the report made by the technical advisor of the Treasury on the bids submitted by the bidders.
The SURNE proposal has obtained the highest score, with the bonus offered by this tenderer at 84,705.88 euros, representing a saving of 23% on the bidding budget (110,000 euros).
Also, the installation of new canopies of bus stops for the Hon.
Cartagena City Council has been awarded to JS Mobiliario urbano and SL signs, being the most economical offer.
Specifically, the amount offered by this company is 51,435 euros plus VAT, representing a saving of 26.78% over the bidding budget (70,247.94 euros plus VAT).
With respect to the reform of premises in the Main Avenue in the Urbanization San Ginés, 26 A, La Azohía (Polígono II, Plot 36), Cartagena, contract to which six companies have chosen, the award has been determined to FLOYMAPE SL, for a € 18,298.83 (savings of 29.08% on the total implementation budget amounting to € 25,801.06).
Another contract, which has been submitted five companies, has been the repair of street lighting in Plaza Europa, La Manga del Mar Menor, falling on Electromur SA, for 7,929.33 euros, representing a saving of 17 , 67% on the total execution budget of 9,630.58 euros).
Likewise, the supply of wall fans for children's classrooms in various primary and secondary education centers in the municipality of Cartagena has been proposed to the company Montajes Eléctricos Luna SL, being the most economical offer of the eight proposals that have been received , Without the Bureau appreciating that it is incursed in temerity.
The total amount of the award is 7,197.38 euros, which represents a saving of 29.80% over the total execution budget of 10,252.33 euros.
REPORT OF THE TECHNICAL SERVICES
On the other hand, the following tenders have been left pending the technical report, prior to the opening of the economic offers:
Summer schools organized by the City Council of Cartagena 2017, (choose 3 companies).
Supply of integral software product for the adequacy of the operation of the Excmo.
City Council of Cartagena to Law 39/2015 and Law 40/2015 of 1 October, of the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, as well as technical regulations that complement them, (3 companies have been presented).
Finally, the economic proposals of several contracts have been opened, pending the proposal of awarding the calculation by the municipal technical services that will determine if they can be considered a disproportionate or reckless loss:
Technical - stage management service, technical and stage production, support staff and infrastructure for the XXIII edition of the 'La Mar de Músicas' festival (3 companies).
Restoration of Local Police base in Cabo de Palos, (5 companies have been presented).
Adequacy of children's playground in Amaranto street in Cabo de Palos, (choose 6 companies).
